Courses
All programmes are composed of modules and units
after consultation with the relevant experts and meet the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) requirements.
They are built using ECTS, based on a total of 25 hours of learning per credit.
Once the course completed, the enrolled candidate will receive a recognised certificate.
The time and starting dates may vary and will only be confirmed gradually.
For paying candidates, 75% of the course can be REIMBURSED with The Training Pays Scheme of Jobsplus.
Courses fee is of €10 per hour with at least a minimum of 12 participants per course.
Who can apply
MTRM is a private company licensed and accredited for training by MFHEA, and also licensed for recruitment.
We specialise in Adult Training, and anyone who is over 18 years old can register for one or more courses. Both groups and individuals can apply. We follow a universal design for learning to ensure that even those with learning difficulties, or left school at an early age can progress to fulfill their maximum potential. The company has a zero tolerance policy to discrimination, harassment and bias of both staff and learners. The aim is to offer learning support as necessary, to ensure every learner is given an equitable chance of succeeding.
Admission Process
The time during which MTRM accepts applications may vary from programme to programme.
Eligible applicants will be offered immediate acceptance on a first-come first-served basis until the programme is full.
All eligible applicants who apply, even after the programme has started, will be put on a waiting list.
We organise a one-on-one meeting to evaluate YOUR needs to give you the best guidance.
Together we will explore which class suits you, based on who you are, your experience and expectations.
What happens after the course
Candidates receive a certificate once the course is completed.
The certificates include course name, MQF level, number of ECVET/ECTS credits, hours of study and where applicable,
a description of the modules achieved and a progression route.
As a licenced recruitment company, we also operate as recruiters offering our services to both employers and employee.
